Roasted carrots & fennel – Heat in oven for 5 minutes @350°F

Spring rolls  – Serve chilled.

Falafel- Heat with 1 tbsp of oil in pan at medium heat for 5 minutes

Ancient grain salad – Serve chilled.

Sandwiches – Serve all sandwiches chilled.

Monday

Drunken Noodles – heat all components in pan over medium heat for 6-8 minutes

Tuesday

Shrimp  Skewers – Heat ingredients in 350f oven for 6 minutes

Wednesday

Lemon Dill Salmon – heat salmon and asparagus in 350f oven for 8 minutes

Thursday

Chicken Tacos – heat chicken in pan w medium heat for 6 minutes

Friday

Bountiful Burger – Heat in oven at 350 for 6-8 minutes.
